We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time will be processed the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days, during which we verify payment, prepare your items, and package them securely. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
We offer shipping to most regions worldwide. Shipping options and delivery times vary by destination, and you can view the available options and estimated delivery windows during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available for select destinations, reducing delivery time to 2-5 business days for domestic and 5-10 business days for international shipments. These estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. All nail care products are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delicate items such as glass nail polish bottles and precision tools are wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy boxes to minimize the risk of breakage. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please inspect the package immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and the shipping package. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
