Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of nail care products, including nail tools, polishes, hand and foot care essentials, and press-on nails. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your order, and we outline the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds below to provide clarity and transparency for all customers.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. For press-on nails, this means no signs of wear, adhesive application, or damage to the original packaging. For liquid products such as nail polish and cuticle oil, bottles must be sealed and unopened to prevent leakage and ensure safety.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Additionally, nail tools that have been used, sharpened, or altered will not be accepted for return, as they cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety standards.
To initiate a return or exchange, please first complete the necessary steps to notify us of your request. Provide details including your order number, the product(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the items back to us.
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product shipment, or damage caused during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by you for the return shipment, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please inspect the package immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours. Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), the shipping package, and the order label. We will verify the issue and arrange for a free replacement, refund, or exchange at our discretion. In such cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the defective or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are confirmed to meet our eligibility criteria, and the replacement item will be shipped out promptly.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, including items returned after the 30-day window, used or damaged items, or items without original packaging. In such cases, the items may be returned to you at your expense.
