How long does order processing take? Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are processed the same business day; those placed after, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days, which may extend during peak seasons or promotions.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status via the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received the tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first.

Are the nail polishes free of harsh chemicals? Yes, our nail polishes are formulated without harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, toluene, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). They offer rich pigmentation and chip-resistant wear while prioritizing safety for daily use.
How long do the press-on nails last? The longevity of press-on nails depends on application method and daily activity. With proper preparation (cleaning nails, pushing back cuticles) and the included adhesive, they typically last 5-7 days. For extended wear, you can use additional nail glue, but avoid prolonged water exposure to maintain adhesion.
Can I reuse press-on nails? Absolutely. Gently remove press-on nails by soaking them in warm water to loosen the adhesive, then clean off any residue. Store them in a dry, cool place, and they can be reused multiple times with fresh adhesive.
Care & Maintenance
How to extend the wear of nail polish? Start with clean, dry nails and apply a base coat to protect and smooth the nail surface. Follow with 2 thin coats of polish (thick coats chip faster) and finish with a top coat to seal in color. Avoid exposing freshly painted nails to water for 1-2 hours and wear gloves for household chores.
What’s the best way to use cuticle oil? Apply a small amount of cuticle oil to each cuticle daily, especially after washing hands. Gently massage the oil into the cuticle and surrounding skin to hydrate, prevent dryness, and promote healthy nail growth. For best results, use before bedtime to allow deep absorption.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged? Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If items are damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged products and the shipping package. We will assist with filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I return or exchange products? Unused, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
